WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE FIRST MEETING
The first step is to contact Matuszak Law. We are available to discuss your legal issue by phone or email correspondence. Please call us at (615) 926-5805 or complete our online submission form by clicking the "Contact Us" button below.
After we briefly discuss your legal issue, we will schedule a live or remote consultation session. We are happy to offer free virtual consultations for your convenience, or we can schedule an in-office consultation for a $50.00 consultation fee (for up to one hour, fully refundable upon retaining attorney's services).
After the consultation, you will decide whether or not Matuszak Law is a fit for your legal issue. If so, we will enter into an Engagement Agreement, which is a short document memorializing your retention of legal services and a fee agreement. Once the Engagement Agreement is signed, you are officially represented by Matuszak Law.
We will schedule time to discuss your case in depth and review all pertinent documents and records. Then, we will develop a personalized case strategy specifically tailored to your situation to obtain the best possible outcome. We know that not everyone is an expert in the law, so we go the extra mile to ensure that you understand what is happening in your case and your legal options. If you have a question, we are here to provide the answer.
Whether your case needs a full week-long jury trial or if we only need to meet with the opposing party to settle a minor dispute, we are here to offer you our expertise to get you the most favorable outcome in your legal situation.
Matuszak Law is prepared and able represent you throughout the duration of your case. Upon completion of your case or the termination of representation, you will receive correspondence to let you know that your case is over or if there are additional steps that you need to take.
