My name is Ross M. Matuszak, and I am an Attorney at Law licensed to practice in the State of Tennessee and in the Tennessee Middle District Federal Court.

I graduated from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 2005. I obtained my Juris Doctor Degree from Nashville School of Law in 2018.

I served as a Judicial Commissioner for Williamson County and had a successful sales management career in the furniture manufacturing industry before being admitted to the bar and licensed to practice law. My wife Amy and I have two children and are active members of the community in Franklin, Tennessee.

I believe it is important for my clients to know their lawyer, not their lawyer's secretary. The judicial process can be extremely intimidating, so every one of my clients gets the time and attention they need and deserve. In my experience, when an attorney and client work closely throughout the case the attorney is much more effective because they fully understand their client's needs and expectations.

Sometimes, the law can be very plain, and my clients have been on the wrong side of an issue. I will never sugar coat bad news, and will quickly address any potential issues in your case. Should we be on the wrong side of an issue, I will tell you immediately so we can strategize and obtain the best possible outcome in any situation.

Thank you for your interest in my firm, Matuszak Law, LLC. Should you have any questions, please reach out and I will be happy to personally address your issue.
